"Travling in Sept 07, Thought I had problem with 06 Venture. Saw Yamaha sign and stopped. Problem was all in my mind with bike, However service Dept. could have stuck it to me. (They did not). Ended up buying accessories and was happy as a toad on a sunny rock. Great shop, great people"

"I called Pat about a 2004 1150RT, he sent digital pictures within a half hour. Called him to tell him put a sold sign on it. Drove 1180 miles round trip the following Saturday to pick it up. He was patient and generous with his knowledge. Taught a 30 year airhead rider all the specifics. I'd buy from Sturgis Yamaha BMW again and again. My closest dealer is 295 miles from me but the extra 275 miles is worth it."

"Outstanding sales experience with Pat! No pressure, answered my questions well and did not seem to mind when I mistakenly called him Matt a couple of times. :)
The R1150RT I bought from Pat is great! His briefing to me about its working was top-notch and thorough. I would never hesitate to recommend your dealership to friends and would of course use you guys for servicing the bike if I lived in S.D.
